FAQs

How much effort is involved?

We get it - you're already stretched thin and adding a painting event feels like a huge undertaking. Here's what you need to know:

  • Our kits contain all the necessary painting components
  • Our instructions and stencils guide your guests through the artwork
  • We can provide you with a plug & play hosting kit including a setup guide, host guide, playlist and FAQs

I can't paint, how do I host this?

That's the BEST part about our kits - you don't need an artist or teacher. Our kits come with instructions, stencils and all the tools. It's self-led and beginner-friendly.

Our host guide also contains a welcome script to help you or your staff set the tone for the evening.

We do recommend having a "host" if you want to make it feel more like a premium event, but this is more along the lines of a trivia host - someone to work the room.

What if we don't sell enough tickets?

We can put your kits aside while you start selling tickets. That way you can use upfront income to pay for the kits.

If you end up with too many leftover kits, you can send them back to us or hold onto them for your next event.

How do I know if I have the space for this?

If you can set a table for dinner, you can run a paint night. This has worked on cafe tables, patios, communal tables, beer gardens. As long as there's space for the canvas, paint tools and something to sip, you're ready.

Is this going to cause a huge mess?

The messiest part of a painting event is the "paint station" where people can get their own paint from large bottles. Our kits do away with this as everyone has their own paint set.

Our paints are also water-based acrylics that wipe off most surfaces easily.
