Do we need an instructor?
Nope! Our party packs are designed to be used without the need for an expensive art instructor. The step by step instructions come with clear photos to help you complete your artwork on your own.
I haven't painted before, where should I start?
If this is the first time picking up a paint brush (or the first time in a long time!), we suggest you start with the Easy Party Packs (click here). These will help you build up some confidence before tackling the harder packs. While all of our artworks are targeted towards 'non-artists', the harder pieces may be a little intimidating to start with. They may also take you longer if you are just starting out. But the great thing is, as you progress your skills, we have more and more kits for you to test yourself with.
How long does it take for a Party Pack order to arrive?
Our warehouse is located in Australia, which means that for domestic orders, you should expect to receive your Party in a Paint Box Party Pack within 2 - 7 business days after leaving our site, depending on Australia Post. Any postage delays with Australia Post are completely out of our hands so please be mindful of this. We will process and ship your package within 3-5 business days and delivery can take 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location and proximity to our warehouse.
How long does it take to receive my Downloadable order?
Once your payment has processed, your downloadable will be automatically available via the Confirmation Page. It will also be emailed to you and the files will be available in your 'My Account' section of the website once you create your account.

I accidentally ordered a digital pack instead of a physical pack - what should I do?
If you've ordered digital only files and you meant to order a physical pack instead, make sure you don't click on any of the 'Access Content' links. Once you've clicked on those we can't offer refunds and replacements. Email us at email@example.com with your order details ASAP and we will do what we can to rectify the issue. Please bear in mind the physical packs cost more than the digital files, so there will be an additional charge.
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Absolutely! We use Australia Post as our domestic delivery partner so you will receive tracking updates once your shipping details have been raised with them.
What if I run out of paint?
Your party pack has more than enough paint to complete your artwork on the canvas size provided. But if you're painting on a larger size canvas, you may run out. In which case, you can use the paint colours listed on your instructions to purchase more of the colours you require.
What size is the canvas you provide?
All our packs come with a 30cm x 40cm (12" x 16") canvas. If you would like to paint your artwork on a different size, we recommend you purchase a downloadable so you can customise it to your needs.
How long does it take to complete an artwork?
This depends a little on your skill set and the difficulty of the artwork you have selected. All our artworks have a guide time that varies from 1-3+ hours. Some drawing pieces can take longer, but all our pieces are designed to be completed in a single sitting.
How long does it take for my artwork to dry?
We provide water-based acrylic paint, which is dry to the touch in approximately 10-15 minutes. Clumpy sections or very thick paint will take longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all the information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible.
What if I receive the wrong item, or my pack contents are damaged?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will take care of the issue and cover the costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new one and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do sometimes make mistakes so thank you for your understanding.
