Our Refund Policy – Closing Sale
As we prepare to close down our physical kit sales, all purchases of physical kits are now final. This means we are no longer able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We will, of course, always honour our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us straight away at hello@partyinapaintbox.com.au with your order details and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll replace it or issue a refund as required.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items excluded under Australian Consumer Law (such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, etc.).
Digital Products
All digital products (such as instructions and stencils) are non-refundable once purchased.
